At Ultramarinos, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, you can do so by following the conditions listed below.

Return Period

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return of a product purchased online.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal Through the Digital Withdrawal Function

In accordance with applicable European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. To make this process easier, we provide a digital withdrawal function integrated into our website, allowing you to exercise your right quickly and easily.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using the Digital Withdrawal Function

1. Access: You can access the withdrawal function by clicking the "Right of Withdrawal" button or link, which is prominently displayed in the footer of our website or within your account under the "My Orders" section.
2. Identification: Once on the withdrawal page, you will need to enter the contract identification details, including your Order Number, your full name, and the email address used for the purchase.
3. Two-Step Confirmation: After entering your information, the system will display a review page summarizing your request. To complete your withdrawal, you must click the "Confirm Withdrawal" button. This additional step ensures that your right is not exercised unintentionally.
4. Immediate Confirmation of Receipt: Once you confirm the action, you will automatically receive a confirmation email on a durable medium. This message will include the full content of your withdrawal declaration, along with the exact date and time it was submitted, serving as legal proof of your request.

Other Ways to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Without prejudice to the digital withdrawal function described above, you may also use the model withdrawal form (Annex I.B), available at the bottom of the withdrawal page , and send it by postal mail. However, we recommend using the digital withdrawal button because it provides faster processing and immediate confirmation of receipt.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that, pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized goods, perishable products, or digital content where access has begun after you have expressly consented to the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Product Conditions

To be accepted for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The garment must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
• It must retain its original tags.
• It must be returned in its original packaging or in suitable packaging that properly protects the product.

Returns of products showing signs of use, stains, odors, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of a defective product, an order error, or an issue attributable to Ultramarinos.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the product arrives safely at our facilities. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refund

Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return request, and may be withheld until we have received the product or proof of its return.

Size or Product Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size or product, please contact us to check availability. The exchange is subject to available stock.

Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@surfultramarinos.com and/or by phone +34 631 07 07 27 , attaching photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.

In these cases, Ultramarinos will cover the return shipping costs and offer an appropriate solution: product replacement, exchange, or refund.
